You take your final exam right on the computer, and it's graded immediately. You are required to correctly answer at least 32 (80%) of the 40 subject matter questions to pass.

After you pass the final exam, your completion is electronically reported to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (within 1 business day), and a paper copy of your Certificate of Course Completion is sent to you in the mail (please allow 5 – 10 business days for delivery). It is your responsibility to submit your Certificate to the Clerk of Court office in the county in which you received your citation before your due date. We also offer, for a small fee, expedited shipping as well as email delivery options (which you can save as a PDF and email, if your Clerk of Court accepts Certificate submissions by email).
