  • each student must take a test of at least 20 questions on course content, and correctly answer at least 80% of those questions, to receive a course completion certificate. Failure to correctly answer at least 80% of the test questions will result in failure of the course, and the student's course fee will not be refunded.
  • a student will be asked time-limited validation questions during the course. Validation measures ask students questions about themselves (based on information provided during registration) and about previously reviewed course content. Failure to correctly answer a time-limited validation question will result in failure of the course, and the student's course fee will not be refunded.
  • a student who fails the final exam may reattempt it as many times as they like. However, by regulation, the course fee may not be refunded for test failure.
  • the following conditions will result in course failure and the student will not have their course fee refunded, as required by regulation:
    • a student fails to answer a time-limited validation question.
    • a student fails to score at least 80% on the final exam.
